Rebaudioside A (Reb A) is found in the leaves of the Stevia plant at different concentrations depending on the strain of the plant and its propagation methods. Our Stevia is a little bit sweeter than anything else in the world but the big difference is that it no longer has a “bitter” taste. This is a cleaner sweetness. This is 100% pure Stevia leaf. It is North American grown using no pesticides. Stevia leaf may be used in cooking and baking. Two tablespoons of Stevia leaf powder = one cup of sugar in sweetening power. SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE (SOD) (an anti-cancer factor) – There are three enzymes known to have significant anti-oxidant activity. One of these is Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), which is present in wheat grass and Stevia. It has been found that cancerous cells have a deficiency or a complete lack of SOD.
