Avocado Oil

Avocado oil contains no hydrogenated oil, has cholesterol-lowering properties, high in monounsaturated fats. Smoking point is 500 degrees F. Characteristics include a nuteral buttery oil with slight green hues. Uses: Hot or cold, Sauteing, pan frying, as a finishing oil drizzled over salad or fish, in baking in place of butter or margarine.
